Delivery was right on schedule. The price was fantastic. I messed up and ordered the incorrect size, but once I figured it out, they canceled that order for me, and I went ahead and got the right one. Really good service!

I'm happy to report that this business met the American standard for providing a product at an excellent price and timely delivery during the pandemic. It ain't always smooth sailing during these times, especially since I'm in Chicago, which is quite a distance away. I'll definitely be placing more orders in the future.

"Smooth Purchase Experience"
I placed my order on a Sunday, and by Tuesday, it was shipped out. The items arrived just as described and were nicely packed. I’d definitely suggest them not just for their variety and pricing but I’d come back myself too. Now, UPS Mail Innovations ain't the quickest and they hand it off to USPS for the final leg of delivery, which tacks on an extra day. But honestly, I’ve got no issues with that and I'm more than happy to roll with their free shipping, speedy processing, secure ordering, and email notifications.

"Shattered Bowl"
I placed an order for a set of four dinner bowls on July 17, 2020. They were sent out on July 20, 2020, via USPS and got to me on July 31, 2020. Unfortunately, one of the bowls was totally smashed in half. I shot them an email right away, but as of August 10, 2020, I haven't received a response. Fingers crossed I hear from them soon.

"AWFUL SERVICE and NO RESPONSE..."
AWFUL SERVICE and NO RESPONSE to my emails. They took my cash but didn’t send the stuff. I reached out to see WHERE my package was - they eventually sent 'something' but the tracking shows it never arrived. I had my doubts about ordering from them at first since 'Prune Danish' kinda sounds like a SCAM site. PLEASE RESPOND TO MY EMAILS. Sent 5 emails over 4 weeks and they can’t be bothered to reply to a single one.

"Definitely Recommend"
I thought I’d give Prune Danish a shot after spotting a deal on Groupon linked to them. They offered free shipping and a fantastic price on the item. I gotta say, I was a bit doubtful at first, thinking it might be secondhand since I’ve had bad experiences elsewhere. They kept me in the loop with emails about my order until it shipped, and then I got the tracking number. When the product arrived, it was brand new just like they said. I’d totally do business with them again and would highly suggest them to others.
